    And just how many more new shopping malls can Melaka city support? After Hatton, the Shore etc? Will there be enough locals, domestic tourists n foreigners to spend spend spend?

      At least it is away from Bandar Julie. Bandar Julie development started in late 1990s and caused the decline of Bunga Raya and Jalan Kee Ann since 1990s. After 25 years now, overdeveloped Bandar Julie is finally spilling back to Jalan Kee Ann and Bunga Raya.
